Anand Sethi, an alumnus of the world famous Indian Institute of Technology - Bombay, is Managing Director of SMS Associates Pvt. Ltd., India's leading representative company serving India's electronics manufacturing establishment.

He has almost four decades of active involvement in the electronics sector in India and in many parts of the world with expertise covering the gamut of EMS, SMT, Semiconductor, Photovoltaic, Hybrid Circuits sectors.

He has been associated with many leading Indian Corporate entities as also with several Central and State Government organisations, and is considered a pioneer in bringing many high technology activities and ventures to India, including such pioneering activities as India's first International Expositions on Electronics, Telecommunications, Biotechnology and Aviation / Aerospace (India's famed Air Show in Bangalore owes its start to Anand Sethi).

Anand is also a frequent writer for Indian and International technical and economic publications.
