Blakell Europlacer has announced that conveyors, buffers, loaders and unloaders, gates, turn units and workstations are features that are available as standard and customised products and can be developed on request in order to fit special requirements.
The conveyor module ensures the transfer of PCBs between machines upstream and downstream with a storage capacity equal to the number of stations.

The company’s work station module provides the same functions as the transfer conveyor with the possibility of stopping the PCB for a manual operation on it.

Line loader 3 racks also unloads PCBs from a rack to the production line, but a series of 3 racks ensures constant line supply. There can be one full rack waiting to the lower position, one rack on the skip, and one empty rack in the upper position.

Line loader and destacker unloads PCBs from a rack or in pile of bare PCBs. It has four working modes:
• Unload PCB from a rack
• Unload a bare PCB
• Unload PCB from a rack and a bare PCB
• Manual mode
The board inverter provides a link between upstream and downstream modules with the possibility of turning the load through 180°.
The turning procedure is carried out along an axis that is perpendicular to the direction of transfer.
